Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of minimally invasive puncture and decompressive craniec-tomy in treating hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage. Methods 160 patients diagnosed as hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage from December 2014 to December 2015 of our hospital were selected.Patients were random divided into decompressive craniectomy group and minimally invasive puncture group.Patients in two groups were given correspond-ing treatment. The NIHSS score, effects and incidence rate of postoperative complications in two groups were compared. Results Compared with preoperation, the NIHSS score in two groups decreased, minimally invasive puncture group obvi-ous decreased than decompressive craniectomy group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P﹤0.01).The mortality rate in minimally invasive puncture group was 12.5%,lower than that was 17.5% in decompres-sive craniectomygroup, but the total effective rate (93.5%) was obvious higher than that in decompressvie craniectomy group (82.5%),and the difference was statistical significance (P﹤0.01).The incidence rate of complications in minimally invasive puncture decompressive craniectomy group was lower than that in decompressvie craniectomy group, and the difference was statistical significant (P﹤0.05).Conclusion For hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage patients, the treat-ment effects of minimally invasive puncture is better than decompressive craniectomy, and with low incidence rate of complications, less mortality rate and obvious safety. It is suitable for clinical popularization and application in the treat-ment of hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage patients.关键词
