Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) in the treatment of upper urinary calculi.Methods 100 upper urinary calculi patients treated with PCNL from January 2013 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected as the observation group,100 upper urinary calculi patients treated with open surgery from January 2010 to January 2013 were selected as the control group.Amount of bleeding during operation,operation time, stone clearance rate in the two groups was compared.Results The amount of bleeding during operation in the observa-tion group was less than that in the control group,the operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,with significant difference (P﹤0.05).The stone clearance rate in the observation group was 94%,which was lower than 88% in the control group,with significant difference (P﹤0.05).Conclusion Using PCNL in the treatment of upper urinary calculi can get good clinical effect,with little injury and light pain,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
