Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of high flux hemodialysis and high flux hemodialysis filtration on bone and mineral metabolism of chronic kidney disease patient.Methods 75 patients with chronic kidney disease from Octo-ber 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group (38 cases) and the observation group (37 cases).The control group was given high flux hemodialysis,the observation group was given high flux hemodialysis filtration.The level of BUN,Scr,ALB,blood calcium,Blood phosphorus and parathyroid hormone before and after treatment in the two groups was compared.Results The level of BUN,Scr after treatment for 1,6 months in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,the level of ALB after treatment for 1,6 months in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,with significant difference (P﹤0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of BUN,Scr,ALB after treatment between the two groups (P﹥0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of blood calcium,blood phosphorus and parathyroid hormone after treatment for 1 month between the two groups (P﹥0.05).The level of blood calcium after treatment for 6 months in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the level of blood phosphorus and parathyroid hormone after treatment for 6 months in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P﹤0.05).Conclusion Both of high flux hemodialysis and high flux hemodialysis filtration can obvious improve renal function and bone and mineral metabolism of patients with chronic kidney disease.In comparison,the effect of high flux hemodialysis filtration is better.关键词
