摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of part of the nail bed nail excision and nail groove plasty in treat-ing onychocryptosis paronychia.Methods 78 onychocryptosis paronychia patients from August 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital with the part of the nail bed nail excision and nail groove plasty were chosen and used 0.5% iodophor to soak the affected toe before operation;the lesion paronychia,part of the nail,methyl and nail bed were ablated;paronychia were reconstructed;pressure dressing and anti-inflammatory treatment were conducted after operation.The effect was observed before and after treatment. Results Postoperative wound for patients was healed well,and with complete and beautiful appearance;toes with normal sensation and motor function was normal,and with any recurrence and postopera-tive infection,complications and sequela.Conclusion This method with the advantages is less trauma,short treatment time,less bleeding and fast recovery.It is suitable for popularize in primary units.关键词
