Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of two kinds of operation position (supine position and lateral posi-tion) in treating intertrochanteric fracture by using proximal femoral fixation system (PFNA) and to provide scientific data reference for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.Methods 40 intertrochanteric fracture patients from June 2014 to February 2016 of two hospital (both were our hospital) were selected as study objects.Patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the admission order,and each group was 20 cases.Patients in control group were used supine position PFNA,and patients in observation group were used lateral position PFNA. Two groups of patients with the treatment better rate, incision length, intraoperative blood loss, operating time were compared.Results The better rate in observation group and control group were respectively 95%(19/20)and 90%(18/20),the difference of better rate between observation group and control group had no statistical significance (P﹥0.05);the incision length,average operation time and average bleeding volume in observation group had no statistical signifi-cance compared with control group (P﹤0.01).Conclusion Using supine position and lateral position of PFNA treating in-tertrochanteric fracture has better clinical better rate,and the patients in lateral position with small operation incision, less bleeding volume during operation and shorten operation time.关键词
