Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between the activity of lipoprotein phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2) and gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and pregnancy outcome.Methods Altogether 150 pregnant women who gave birth in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as research object and divided into three groups,in-cluding 50 cases healthy in control group,each 50 cases of GDM in good glycemic control group and poor glycemic control group according to blood glucose control.The peripheral blood Lp-PLA2 activity of pregnant women in three groups was compared and the statistics on the state of pregnancy outcomes were analyzed.Results The activity of pe-ripheral blood Lp-PLA2 in poor glycemic control group was significantly higher than that of good glycemic control group and control group (P﹤0.05),no significant difference existed between good glycemic control group and control group (P﹥0.05).Multivariate regression analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between the gestational weeks, whether combination with GDM and Lp-PLA2 activity;while,the control of blood glucose and Lp-PLA2 activity were sig-nificantly related to pregnancy outcome.Through comparison of pregnancy outcomes in three groups,the overall adverse pregnancy outcome of poor glycemic control group was significantly higher than that of good glycemic control group and control group (P﹤0.05);Incidence of preterm labor and premature rupture of membranes of poor glycemic control group and good glycemic control group were significantly higher than those of control group (P﹤0.05),and the incidence of preterm labor of poor glycemic control group was higher than that of good glycemic control group (P﹤0.05).Conclusion The glycemic control of pregnant women with GDM is significantly correlated with the activity of Lp-PLA2.The activity of Lp-PLA2 in poor glycemic control pregnant women increases significantly,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes also increases,which indicates that the activity of Lp-PLA2 may be related to vascular complications of GDM.关键词
