摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of uterine parceled suture in treating postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section.Methods 126 patients with postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,Each group was 63 cases.Patients in experimental group were used uterine parceled suture,and patients in control group were used tra-ditional hemostasis method.The operation time,bleeding volume during operation and the treatment effects in two groups were compared.Results The operation time and bleeding volume during operation in experimental group was obviously less than that in control group respectively,and the difference was statistical significance (P﹤0.05);The effective rate in ex-perimental group was 98.4%,obviously higher than 80.9%in control group,and the difference was statistical significance (P﹤0.05).Time to get out of bed and hospital stays in experimental group was respectively (2.16±0.86) d and (6.28±1.94) d,which was respectively (4.62±1.19)d and (12.05±2.03)d in control group,and the difference was statistical significance (P﹤0.05);The incidence rate of pain,incision infection,vomit and weak in experimental group was respectively 14.29%, 1.59%,3.17% and 1.59%,which was respectively 28.57%,9.52%,14.29% and 7.53% in control group,and the difference was statistical significance (P﹤0.05).Conclusion Uterine parceled suture in treating postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section has the advantages of simple operation,quick hemostasis,and obvious effect.关键词
