前列地尔联合神经节苷脂治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效分析OA
Analysis of clinical efficacy of combination of application of alprostadil and ganglioside in the treatment of ischemic stroke
目的：探讨前列地尔联合神经节苷脂治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法选取2013年10月~2015年10月我院收治的90例缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，各45例。对照组采用神经节苷脂进行治疗，观察组在此基础上加用前列地尔治疗，均连续治疗2周，观察并对比两组临床疗效、治疗后神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力评分及血清炎症因子情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.56%，明显高于对照组的77.78%，差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)…查看全部>>
