聚焦解决模式在肝硬化患者康复中的应用效果
The application effect of focusing on the rehabilitation of patients with liver cirrhosis

Abstract
Objective To study and explore the application effect of focusing on the rehabilitation of patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods From January 2012 to December 2015,100 cases of patients with cirrhosis at the stage in our hospi-tal were selected as the research object,they were randomly divided into two groups by taking the computer random method,each group had 50 cases.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was implemented focus on nursing intervention which on the basis of the control group.Before and after the intervention,the sleep quality index,anxiety score,depression score were compared between two groups,and after the intervention,the scores of life's quality were compared between two groups.Results Compared with before intervention,after the interven-tion,the sleep quality index,the score of anxiety and depression scores of two groups were significantly lower (P﹤0.05),but after the intervention,the indicators of the observation group which compared with the control group were significantly lower (P﹤0.05).Compared with the control group,the score of life's quality in the observation group was significantly high-er (P﹤0.05).Conclusion In patients with cirrhosis rehabilitation period,taking focused nursing intervention mode can ef-fectively improve the patient's mental state,sleep's quality,life's quality,and promote the rehabilitation of patients nursed back to health.关键词
