3D Optical Measurement System Based on Three Pitches Heterodyne Method
摘要
Abstract
measurement system based on phase shif structured light has been widely used in the field of reverse engi-neering.Traditional gray code is combined with the four-step phase shift raster transmission,because the periodic mutation of phase and bad edge effect will be caused by phase unwrapping algorithm.Seven multi-frequency grating heterodyne trans-mission frequency,Phase Unwrapping based on single point to avoid the periodic mutation,lack of need to collect more pic-tures.To solve the above problems based on structured light measurement of triple-frequency phase-shifted,in projection grating as little as possible at the same time,single point solution phase.Experimental validation,the system can complete complex surface measurements and to obtain high accuracy point cloud data.关键词
