摘要

Abstract

As a kind of practical and sane optimum searching algorithm,the genetic algorithms has already permeated into many disciplines and project fields,whose application in digital image processing is also extensive day by day.In order to quickly and efficiently extract the edge of the image,in this paper,the selection,crossover and mutation operator of genetic algorithm are improved,and it is applied to extract the edge of the image.The experimental results show that improved gen-tic algorithm can detect satisfactory edges as well as improve convergence,which is a kind of efficient and reliable optimiza-tion arithmetic,having some applied value.
