应用多线索引导法对老年糖尿病性白内障病人实施延续护理的效果研究

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the application effect of multi clues guide method for implementation of continuity of care for elderly patients with diabetic cataract.Methods:A total of 104 elderly patients with diabet-ic cataract treated in our hospital from July 2015 to December 2015 were selected as subjects.They were ran-domly divided into control group and experimental group,52 cases in each.The patients in control group re-ceived conventional continuity of care,the patients in experimental group received continuity of care by using the multi clues guide method.After intervention,the indicators of both groups were compared.Results:After inter-vention,the disease self care ability score,postoperative visual acuity of elderly patients in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group.After intervention,the fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2h blood glucose and complications in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi clues guide method in the implementation of continuity of care for elderly pa-tients with diabetic cataract was helpful to improve the disease self care ability and disease control effect.关键词
