Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of whole course health education model on self cognitive a-bility of patients with diabetes.Methods:A total of 146 diabetic patients in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2014 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,73 cases in each,the patients in control group were given conventional nursing,the patients in experimental group were giv-en conventional nursing care and the whole health education treatment,then to compare the control of blood glucose and blood lipid,diabetes knowledge scale,and evaluate the self management level by using diabetes knowledge scale and self management scale.Results:The fasting plasma glucose,postprandial blood sugar, cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL C)in experimental group were better than those in control group,and the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05 ).The total self management score in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05).The mastering rate of diabetes knowledge (98.6%)in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(82.2%),and the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole course health education model for nursing intervention for patients with diabetes could effectively control the blood sugar and improve pa-tients’self management ability.关键词
