Abstract
Objective To probe into the application effect of collaborative seamless full of care for patients with gastric polyps undergoing endoscopic mucosal resection.Methods:A total of 108 gastric polyps inpatients under-going endoscopic mucosal resection were selected as subj ects.Before the implementation of collaborative seam-less full of care (January 2015 June 2014)and after the implementation (July 2015 December 2015),they were divided into control group and experimental group,54 cases in each.The patients in control group received routine care,the patients in experimental group received collaborative seamless full of care,then to compare all observation indexes between both groups after intervention.Results:After the intervention,the state trait anxi-ety scores,the total incidence of complications in endoscopic treatment in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group.The nursing satisfaction score in endoscopic treatment in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The collaborative seamless full of care in patients with gastric polyps undergoing endoscopic mucosal resection could significantly improve the anxiety level of patients,reduce the incidence of complications associated with endoscopic therapy,and improve their satisfaction to nursing service.关键词
