放疗时段追踪管理对食管癌放疗病人预后及生活质量的影响

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of radiotherapy time tracking management on prognosis and quality of life in esophageal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy.Methods:A total of 84 esophageal cancer pa-tients with radiotherapy were divided into observation group and control group based on the admission time,42 cases in each.The patients in control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in observation group were given nursing with radiotherapy time tracking management.Then compared and analyzed the difference in short term curative effect,complications,treatment compliance,satisfaction rate and change of quality of life of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate,treatment compliance rate and satis-faction rate in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complica-tions in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05).The function of body,role,emotion-al,social function and cognitive function in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).Con-clusion:The radiotherapy time tracking management on prognosis and quality of life in patients with esophageal carcinoma radiotherapy can effectively improve the treatment compliance and the effect of radiotherapy,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
