围术期预防性护理干预对预防妇科盆腔术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果观察

Abstract
Objective To probe into the effect of perioperative preventive nursing intervention for prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in patients after gynecological pelvic surgery.Methods:A total of 86 patients with gynecological pelvic surgery were selected as research objects (January 2014 to December 2014). They were divided into intervention group and control group by using double blinded method randomly,43 cases in each.The patients in control group received ordinary care approach,the patients in intervention group re-ceived preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative perioperative preventive nursing intervention,then to com-pare the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity between both groups.Results:5 cases of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity occurred in control group,the incidence was 1 1 .6%,while 2 cases of lower limb deep vein thrombosis occurred in intervention group,the incidence was 4.7%.There was statistically sig-nificant difference between both groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:The perioperative preventive nursing interven-tion can effectively prevent deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in patients after gynecological pelvic sur-gery,improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients.关键词
