烟草保润剂的物理保润性能研究
Reseach on Physical Mosi ture Retention of Tobacco Humectants
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the processability of cigarette products, reduce their moisture loss, and ensure the quality of tobacco products, we used glycerol and propylene glycol as controls , and compared the differences in the physical moisture reten-tion on cut tobacco among several new-type humectants.The results showed that:after being sprayed by glycerol, new humectant 3#, new humectant 4#and new humectant 5#, the cut tobacco had the equilibrium moisture content of 14.57%, 14.76%, 14.73%and 15.09%, respectively;there were no obvious differences in the physical moisture retention among other humectants .The high-er the equilibrium moisture content of cut tobacco sprayed by humectants , the more smooth its surface microstructure , the more obvious its spread organizational structure, and the more evidently its section thickness increased.After spraying glycerol, new hu-mectant 3#, new humectant 4# and new humectant 5# on the cut tobacco, its moisture loss rate was 7.64%, 8.01%, 8.36%and 7.48%, respectively, showing new humectant 5# had better physical moisture retention on cigarette .关键词
