2型糖尿病合并高血压患者同型半胱氨酸与血管紧张素转换酶的相关性分析
Relationship between homocysteine and angiotensin-converting enzyme in type 2 diabetes patients with hypertension

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of homocysteine (HCY) and angiotensin‐converting en‐zyme (ACE) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension .Methods The levels of HCY ,ACE ,glycosylated hemoglo‐bin (HbA1c) and fasting plasma glucose(FPG) were detected in 52 patients with purely type 2 diabetes ,64 patients with type 2 dia‐betes mellitus complicated with hypertension and 54 healthy people ,and the indicators were compared between the groups and cor‐relation analysis was also performed .Results There were significant differences of HCY ,ACE ,HbA1c and FPG in three groups (P<0 .01) .The levels of HCY and ACE in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension were significantly higher than that of inpatients with purely type 2 diabetes .And the level of HCY was positively correlated with ACE in patients with type 2 dia‐betes mellitus and hypertension (r=0 .744 ,P<0 .01) ,which was related to the control of blood pressure as well .Conclusion The level of serum HCY and ACE in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus are related to the combination of hypertension ,and these two indicators are highly correlated with each other .The combined detection of the two indicators has a certain clinical value for under‐standing the development and prognosis of the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus .关键词
