HPV-DNA与液基制片法在宫颈癌前病变检测中的临床价值研究

Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical value of HPV‐DNA detection and thinprep cytologic test (TCT) in the diagnosis of cervical precancerous lesion .Methods A total of 200 patients with cervical lesion in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University served as the research subjects and performed the HPV‐DNA detection and TCT for comparing their accuracy for detecting cervical precancerous lesion .Results The positive detection rate was 7 .5% for HPV‐DNA detection and 8 .5% for TCT ,the difference between them had no statistical significance (P>0 .05) .With the CIN class Ⅰ as the diagnostic standard ,the coincidence rate of HPV‐DNA detection for screening cervical precancerous lesion was 80 .0% ,which of TCT was 41 .2% ,the difference between them had statistical significance(P<0 .05) .The sensitivity and specificity of HPV‐DNA detection were higher than those of TCT .The ROC curve statistical analysis displayed that the area under the curve (AUC) of HPV‐DNA ,TCT and HPV‐DNA combined with TCT was 0 .761 ,0 .715 and 0 .867 respectively .Conclusion HPV‐DNA detection combined with TCT is the relatively sensitive and accurate method for detecting cervical precancerous lesion .关键词
