摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A level in Bawei Guanxinning Cap‐sule .Methods The HPLC method was adopted with the chromatographic column of the Thermo C18 column (4 .6 mm × 250 .0 mm ,5 μm) and the mobile phase of methanol‐axetonitrile‐0 .7% phosphoric acid solution(26∶2∶72 ,v/v) ,the flow rate was 1 .00 mL/min and the detection wave length was at 403 nm .Results Hydroxysafflor yellow A showed a good linear relation in the range of 0 .026 3-0 .420 0 μg (r=0 .999 99) ,the average recovery rate was 98 .78% ,RSD was 0 .59% .Conclusion The established method is simple ,accurate and can be used for the determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A level in Bawei Guanxinning Capsule .关键词
