危重创伤患者输血疗效相关因素的回顾性分析
Analysis on related factors of blood transfusion in critically ill trauma patients

Abstract
Objective To analysis the situation of Bl ood Transfusion in critically ill Trauma patients .Methods Aretrospective study was made in ICU of Qingjiang People's hospital to 50 patients who had received transfusion in the past year .50 patients were classified into two groups byBlood transfusion volume .They are Group A(transfusion volume>2000mL)and Group B(transfusion volume≤2000mL) .The influence of transfusion volume ,age ,and gender on death rate、infection rate and the hospital day were com‐pared between two groups .Results The death rate showed significant difference between two groups (P<0 .05) ,there were no sig‐nificant difference in the infection rate between two groups (P>0 .05) ,there were no significant difference in the hospital day be‐tween two groups(P>0 .05) .No obvious difference can be found between two groups of all items (P>0 .05) .Conclusion More‐blood transfusion ,higher death rate .A large number of blood transfusions may be negative factors to critically ill Trauma patients .关键词
