摘要
Abstract
Objective analysis of patients with chronic schizophrenia and long‐term hospitalization of serum uric acid in the body change and meaning .Methods randomly selected 100 cases of elderly patients with chronic schizophrenia and long‐term hospitaliza‐tion for the team ,choose 100 cases of normal old people as control group without schizophrenia .By the method of enzyme mark ,two groups of patients with serum uric acid was measured .Results detection rate of high uric acid hematic disease and schizophrenia patient's age ,course of diseases exist positive correlation is higher with the extension of course with age ,in which men compared to women with obvious ,with statistical significance(chi‐square = 7 .73 ,P< 0 .05) ,significantly higher than the control group of pa‐tients with uric acid concentration group ,statistically significant difference(t= 3 .557 ,P< 0 .05) .Conclusion the serum uric acid in the metabolic abnormalities of chronic psychiatric patients with schizophrenia ,chronic schizophrenia patients serum metabolic a‐nalysis to have certain guiding significance to the clinical condition .关键词
