假体置换术配合康复训练对老年髋部骨折合并糖尿病术后肢体功能恢复的影响

Abstract
Objective To explore and study the effect of prosthesis replacement combined with rehabilitation training on the re‐covery of limb function of elderly patients with hip fracture combined with diabetes mellitus .Methods 82 cases of elderly patients with hip fracture combined with diabetes mellitus in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were devided into study group and control group according to the stochastic sequential method ,with 41 cases in each group .All the patients were carried out prosthesis replacement surgery ,and the study group were given rehabilitation training based on it .The recovery of limb function of patients in the two groups was observed at 3 months and 6 months after operation .Results The time of getting out of bed ,rotary walking ,in‐dependent ambulation and loading in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0 .05) ,and the FBG level at the last time of the follow -up of the formmer was significantly lower than that of the former (P<0 .05) .The functional recovery of limb function at 3 months and 6 months after operation in the two groups were significantly different (P<0 .05) ,and the excellent and good rates of the study group were respectively 51 .22% and 90 .24% ,which were significantly higher than those of 26 .83%and 48 .78% of the control group(P<0 .05) .The datas of the study group were significantly different between the same group (P<0 .05) ,and the functional recovery of limb function in the control group was significantly different (P<0 .05) ,but the difference of the excellent and good rates was not significant (P>0 .05) .The incidence of complications in study group (4 .88% )was significantly lower than that in control group(29 .27% )(P< 0 .05) .Conclusion Prosthesis replacement combined with rehabilitation training can significantly shorten the recovery process ,reduce the complications and improve the recovery of limb function in elderly patients with hip fracture combined with diabetes .关键词
