红光照射联合百多邦加美宝烧伤膏治疗肺源性心脏病并Ⅱ期压疮的疗效研究

Abstract
Objective Methods Results Conclusion Red light irradiation combined Bactroban and MEBO in patients with cor pulmonale and Ⅱ clinical curative effect of pressure ulcers .62 cases of patients with cor pulmonale and Ⅱ pressure ulcer were divid‐ed into control group and observation group ,31 cases each .The control group was treated with traditional ,observation group treated with red light irradiation combined Bactroban and MEBO ,observe two groups of better time and treatment of pressure ulcers .Ob‐servation group patients better time(3 .12 ± 1 .25)d ,is obviously shorter than the control group(5 .44 ± 2 .35)d ,Observation group total effective rate 70 .97% was significantly higher than the control group 41 .94% .Red light irradiation comvined Bactroban and MEBO treatment can effectively promote the healing of cor pulmonale and Ⅱ pressure ulcer wounds ,shorten the better time ,the ef‐fective treatment of pressure ulcers is Ⅱ period .关键词
