摘要
Abstract
Objective o study the clinical value of vaginal discharge routine inspection combined with smears diagnosis on bacte‐rial vaginosis .Methods 166 patients from February 2014 to 2014 admitted in our hospital outpatient service of department of gy‐naecology ,extract the patient's vaginal secretions ,and adopt routine inspection combined with smears diagnosis method to analyze the vaginal discharge .Results 166 cases of patients ,the tested bacterial vaginosis detection positive rate was 24 .70% (41/166) higher than fungal infection rate 16 .27% (27/166)and trichomonas infection rate 4 .82% (8/166) .Conclusion in the diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis ,adopting vaginal discharge routine inspection combined with smear diagnosis ,positive rate is high ,is accurate , convenient and fast way of diagnosis .关键词
