摘要
Abstract
Objective Analysis of correlation between critical value of procalcitonin and urinary tract infection ,provide certain reference value for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract infected .Methods Review all the report results of critical value of procalcitonin in urinary surgery department in our hospital from January 1 ,2015 to December 31 ,2015 ,analyze the correla‐tion between critical value of procalcitonin and urinary tract infection .Results A total of 23 critical value of procalcitonin cases re‐ported of all the 552 cases ,a total of 19 cases were associated with urinary calculi ,accounted for 82 .61% ,a total of 12 cases were associated with flexible ureteroscope lithtripsy ,accounting for 52 .17% .Conclusion Procalcitonin is a sensitive and accurate inspec‐tion index in urinary tract severe infection ,The emergence of critical values has a very important warning role on clinical ,clinical doctors must pay highly attention .关键词
