Abstract
Objective Analyze the confirmation results of positive samples in the HIV antibody screening of unpaid blood do‐nors ,and explore the correlation between the results of screening and confirmation tests ,to provide a basis for the optimization of detection .Methods Screening of anti HIV antibodies by A and B two kinds of ELISA reagents ,positive samples were confirmed by WB method ,and all data were analyzed by SPSS13 .0 statistics software .Results 185 cases of screening positive specimens were confirmed to conform to 42 cases(22 .70% ) .There was a significant difference between the results of screening and confirmation (χ2=94 .07 ,P=0 .00) .Positive samples confirmation coincidence rate detected by two kinds of reagents was higher than single reagent (95 .24% vs1 .40% ,χ2 =162 .93 ,P=0 .00) .Positive samples confirmation coincidence rate in group of S/CO>6 .00 was the highest (88 .89% ,χ2 =149 .71 ,P=0 .00) .Conclusion Detection of two kinds of reagents can improve the confirmation coincidence rate .S/CO value > 6 indicates that the positive rate is high .Laboratory should carefully select screening reagents ,and set“gray area” rea‐sonable ,standardize operations ,so as to reduce the occurrence of false positive .关键词
