动态心电图与CT 冠脉成像在冠心病诊断中的临床应用

Abstract
Objective The aim of this paper was to investigate the application of dynamic electrocardiogram and CT coronary an‐giography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease .Methods 126 patients with suspected coronary heart disease were enrolled . Patients underwent dynamic electrocardiogram and CT coronary angiography in two weeks .Results In patient‐based analysis ,spe‐cificity of DCG was 88 .00% ,with sensitivity of 84 .61% .Specificity of CTCA was 92 .00% ,with sensitivity of 92 .31% .There was no significant difference between DCG and CTCA on the diagnosis of coronary heart disease .Conclusion With high specificity and sensitivity on the diagnosis of coronary heart disease ,DCG and CTCA can be used as a screening method for suspected coronary ar‐tery disease ,which would play important roles on the diagnosis of coronary heart disease .关键词
