Abstract
Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistances of clinical isolated Acinetobacter baumannii to the common antimicrobial ,and to provide theoretical basis for rational use of antibiotics and nosocomial infection control .Methods DL identification system was used for the identification of strains and drug sensitive test .The results of drug sensitivity were analyzed by WHONET 5 .6 software .Results Among the Acinetobacter baumannii isolates collected from 2013 to 2015 ,82 .98% -88 .76%were obtained from sputum .The drug resistances rates (5 .7%‐41 .4% ) of 70 strains Acinetobacter baumannii isolates collected during 2015 to 17 antibacterial were lower than the drug resistances rates (6 .4% -47 .9% ) of 94 strains Acinetobacter baumannii collected during 2014 and higher than the drug resistances rates (2 .2% -18 .0% ) of 89 strains Acinetobacter baumannii isolates collected during 2013 .The drug resistances rate of Acinetobacter baumannii was the lowest to minocycline followed by polymyxin B ,cefoperazone/sulbactam and imipenem .The drug resistances rate of Acinetobacter baumannii was the highest to tetracycline fol‐lowed by Ampicillin/Sulbactam ,piperacillin and ciprofloxacin .Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii mainly cause respiratory tract infection .The drug resistances rates of Acinetobacter baumannii collected from our hospital to the common antibiotics were lower than the literature reports .To strengthen the drug resistance monitoring ,to use antibiotics reasonably depending on the results of drug sensitive tests ,performing strict disinfection and isolation ,can prevent and reduce the generation and propagation of multidrug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii .关键词
