基于响应面分析法的香蕉茎秆纤维刮杂装置优化设计
Banana Stem Fiber Scraping Device Hybrid Optimization Design Based on Response Surface Methodology

Abstract
In order to optimize the banana stem fiber extraction scraping machine complex parts of the device structure to improve the fiber quality extraction, by scraping the impurity unit knife roller speed, blade spacing, knife arc length as influencing factors, using response surface optimization design method, established the mathematical model between influ-ence factors and fiber extraction rate to determine the optimum combination of parameters. Experiments show that when banana fibre extraction machine scraping miscellaneous devices influence factor of actual parameters for knife roller speed 1200R / min, the blade pitch 110 mm, fixed blade arc length of 50 mm, fiber extraction rate average reaches 92. 6%, in line with the optimization target and production requirements. The research results can provide theoretical basis and i-deas for the development and application of plant fiber extraction device.关键词
