鸭嘴式钵苗移栽机的设计和试验研究
Design and Experimental Study of Duckbill Type Transplanting Machine
摘要
Abstract
A new type of transplanting machine on seedling was designed. Through elaboration and kinematics analysis of the working process of transplanting machine,making seedling drop with zero speed so that its performance could better meet requirement. Chose the speed of locomotive,roller depth,link angle as experimental factors,the corresponding ex-periments on the transplanter are carried out to illustrate the relationships between the text factors and text index. By or-thogonal experiment and analysis,the influence extent of various factors that affect text index and the optimal mix were given. The text results indicate that when the speed of locomotive is 0. 3m/s,the roller depth is 60mm and the link angle is 40°,the qualified index is 85. 18%,spacing variability index is 8. 73 and the leakage planting index is 1. 68%,the re-search has provided a experimental and theoretical basis for further improving quality of transplanting machine.关键词
