摘要

Abstract

The mechanization level of residue plastic film collector is lower than those of other crops, and it is concluded that the reliability is worse, the wrap rate is higher and the recycle rate is lower, through investigation and analyses of the mechanized harvesters for residue plastic film at present in China. Three types of residue plastic film collectors, i. e. , 1MLC-110,1MCS-100 and 2MCL-150 residue plastic film collectors were selected as research objects. Through com-parative field experiment on the performances of the three types of residue plastic film collectors, the dominant factors in-cluding wrap rate, recycle rate and field efficiency, which control residue plastic film collector targets, were analyzed. Experimental results prove that the performance of 1 MCS-100 type residue plastic film collector is superior to those of the 1 MLC-110 and 2 MCL-150 residue plastic film collectors The results of comparative test and the analyses of the three types of residue plastic film collectors, provide the basis for theoretical research and optimized design of residue plastic film collectors, and also offer new methods for research and development of residue plastic film collectors. Moreover, the study provides better references for popularization and application of these kinds of residue plastic film collectors.
