3 WFQ-1600型牵引式风送喷雾机研制与试验
Design and Experiment of 3 WFQ-1600 Traction Type Air-assisted in Orchad

Abstract
According to the characteristics of the modern new orchard planting pattern and management, small spraying plant protection machinery cannot meet the requirement of the plant protection of new gardens. As a result, the traction type air-assisted of 3WFQ-1600 was developed to solve similar problems. Between the diaphragm pump and fan gearbox of this machine is a coupling, and the power is transmitted through the shaft coupling ,which optimize the structure of the whole machine. Through the theoretical calculation of finished spray parts selection, rated R fan flow channel structure and fan gearbox were designed ,the diameter of fan impeller is 1. 0 m and blade number is 14. Turbine gearbox has high and low two gears, the transmission ratio are 1:3. 7 and 1:4. 6, achieving the fan speed 0~2000r/min and 0~2500r/min. To complete the spray machine design and assembling of the machine, we used the AIP software entity modeling ca-pabilities. The field test and indoor test shows that when the fan rotation speed reaches 1500r/min, 14 test points of the fan on both sides of the average wind speed is 16. 3m/s, air volume is 12. 8m/s, drop density percent of pass is 98. 61%.关键词
