拖拉机抗性消声器不同结构单元声学性能研究
Study on Different Structural Units’ Acoustic Performance in Reactive Muffler for Tractor
摘要
Abstract
The exhaust noise of a diesel generally covers the high, medium and low frequency band. Reactive mufflers mainly base on the characteristic of internal structural units to reduce noise, while different structural units have the se-lective passability to the noisy frequency. The article used the numerical simulation method to simulated and analyzed the tail pipe length, the tail pipe angle, the number of tail pipe, insert-pipe and expansion ratio of the reactive muffler. Then it based on the orthogonal experiment method to compare the effect of the transmission loss which produced by the number of tail pipe, insert-pipe and expansion ratio. The study showed that the tail pipe length, the tail pipe angle af-fected less to the transmission loss of the Reactive Muffler for Agricultural Diesel Engine. And the number of tail pipe, insert-pipe, and expansion ratio affected more, but the result of the orthogonal experiment indicated that the significance among the three is not obvious.关键词
