Abstract
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of common vitiligo. Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with vitiligo admitted in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2013 were randomly assigned to control group (40 cases) and treatment group (40 cases). Both groups of patients were given Tacrolimus ointment, 2 times/day;in addition to that, the treatment group was given Chinese herbal decoction 3 times/day, 100 mL/time. Taking one month as a treatment course, treat the patients for 3 months, comparing the total effective rate, the rate of color restore and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups. Results:1) After 3 courses of treatment, the total effec-tive rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0. 05);2) In first and second course, repigmentation rate in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, but the difference has no statistically significant ( P>0. 05 ) . While in the third course, the difference has statistical significance ( P<0. 05);3) Both groups of patients had adverse reactions. Adverse reactions in the control group are mainly skin itching, erythe-ma, burning sensation, which is tolerable to most patients. While adverse reactions of the treatment group is mainly dry mouth and gastrointestinal discomfort (1 case). However, the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups have no significant difference (P>0. 05). Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine combined with Tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of vitiligo has a sig-nificant curative effect. It is simple to operate, has high safety and less adverse reactions, so it′s worthy to be applied in the de-partment of dermatology.关键词
