芪苈强心胶囊对慢性心力衰竭患者血浆BNP及hs-cTnT的影响
The Effect of BNP and hs-cTnT of Qiliqiangxin Capsule on Patients with Chronic Heart

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of BNP and hs-cTnT of Qiliqiangxin capsule on patients with chronic heart. Methods:Select March 2015-November 2015 our hospital for 60 patients with chronic heart failure according to the random number table method were divided into control group and observation group. Observation group had 30 patients,in the conventional manner using the premise plus service Qiliqiangxin capsule treatment;control group of 30 patients were treated in a conventional manner. Analyzing of two groups of patients before and after treatment of levels of plasma BNP,hs-cTnT,hs-CRP,IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α,6-minute walk distance and cardiac ultrasound indicators and related clinical total efficiency. Results:Two groups of patients compared plasma BNP and hs-cTnT levels before treatment were decreased,but the observation group was gooder than the control group,being statistically significant (P<0. 05); compared with the two groups of patients before treatment,receiving after treat-ment of 6-minute walk tested distance have increased,but the observation group was significantly higher and the relevant parameters were significantly better than the ultrasound than the control group being statistically significant(P<0. 05);two groups of patients before treatment phase than,after receiving treatment hs-CRP,IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α levels were decreased,but the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,being statistically significant (P<0. 05);there is always a group of patients observed efficiency ( 93. 33%) was significantly higher ( 76. 67%) , comparing two sets of data was statistically significant ( P<0. 05). Conclusion:Qiliqiangxin capsule can effectively improve patients′ heart function,enabling the plasma BNP and hs-cTnT levels were significantly reduced,which helps to treat chronic heart failure,worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.关键词
