桂枝茯苓丸辅助抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效观察
Curative Effect of Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pill Combined with Antibiotics in Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pill with antibiotic in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods:A total of 104 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients were randomly divided into observation group ( n=52 cases) and control group ( n=52 cases) according to random number table. The control group was given conventional western medicine antibiotics. And on the basis of the the control group,the observation group used the adjuvant treatment of Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pill,both group were treated for two courses of 6 weeks. TCM symptom score,blood sedimen-tation,serum hypersensitive c-reactive protein ( hs CRP) and blood rheology indexes,B ultrasonic examination of department of gy-necology were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. And the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was recorded. Results:After treatment,the Chinese medicine symptom integral,hs-CRP serum,blood sedimentation of the observation group were significantly lower than control group (P<0. 05);The hemorheology indexes of the plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and hematocrit of the observation group were also lower than the control group (P<0. 05),B ultrasonic examination of department of gynaecology pelvic cavity accumulates fluid,attachment enlargement and pelvic mass,signs of improvement of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0. 05);The total effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group (90. 4% vs 90. 4%,χ2 =4. 349,P=0. 036) value. Con-clusion:Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pill auxiliary antibiotic treatment can significantly reduce the inflammatory state of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,improve the blood rheology,thereby improve the patient′s clinical symptoms and signs. And its clinical effect is remarkable,safe and reliable.关键词
