Abstract
As the main part of the project , contractor which whether can be a reasonable choice will directly determine the success or failure of the project .To solve the problem occurring in traditional evaluation methods , such as incomplete information and strong subjectivity , this paper has firstly established a multi-level project contractor evaluation index system in accordance with the characteristics of the contractor system , on this basis , this paper proposed an optimization decision model which including ordered weighted averaging(OWA) operator, grey relational analysis(GRA) and approximation to ideal solution ( TOPSIS) .This paper uses the OWA operator to determine the weights of evaluation index , and then uses the GRA-TOPSIS to determine the positive and negative ideal solu-tion of contractor , according to the correlation degree between each contractor and the positive and negative ideal solution to sort , and then selects the best contractor to implement the project.Finally, the rationality and feasibility of the method is verified by an example , which is intended to provide reference for the reasonable selection of the project contractor .关键词
