Abstract

Through the way of single or mixed , adding the basalt fiber of 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 kg/m3 and polypropylene fiber of 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 kg/m3 into reactive powder concrete respectively , carries on the comprehensive contrast compression test , and use the ratio method to evaluate two kinds of hybrid effect of fibers in the RPC substrate .Results show that the mixed fiber can obviously increase the compressive strength of RPC matrix , and play a leading role and the basalt fibers .By calculating the coefficient of hybrid effect , there are both positive and negative hybrid effect , if the fiber dosage , and improper selection matching problem may appear negative hybrid effect .When the dosage of basalt fiber is 4 kg/m3 , polypropylene fiber content is 0.6 kg/m3 , it can obtain the optimal positive hybrid effect and compressive strength of 87MPa, the RPC matrix than the baseline group increased by 23 .9%.
