摘要

Abstract

The control principle and typical failure analysis of the composite magnetizing circuit as the core part of the magnetic particle inspection device are presented, taking the NDD-CL4000 magnetic flaw detector for railway wheels as an example. Typical failures such as excessive magnetizing current, controlled silicon damage and magnetizing transformer burnout during production or maintenance are summarized and analyzed and countermeasures are also provided.
