Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of calcium combined with low dose aspirin therapy in pa-tients with mild preeclampsia.Methods 158 cases of mild preeclampsia from September 2012 to February 2014 in Xi'an High tech hospital for three subjects was treated.Based on a random number table, they were divided into observation group and control group, the control group was given conventional magnesium sulfate treatment observation group taking calcium ( Cal-trate) combined with low dose aspirin.After the observation of clinical symptoms and the patient's coagulation groups to im-prove the situation, 24h proteinuria, serum calcium and changes in blood pressure, treatment efficiency and the Apgar score. Results After treatment, the two groups have a headache, edema and visual abnormalities in patients with clinical symptoms were significantly improved, and the observation of clinical symptoms and improved coagulation than the control group ( P <0.05);2 group 24h blood pressure and proteinuria, serum calcium were improved, and the observation group 24h blood pres-sure and proteinuria, serum calcium than the control group, it were significant differences between the two groups ( P <0.05);2 group Fbg, APTT, PT were improved, and the observation group's Fbg, APTT, PT were different from the control group ( P <0.05); the treatment of the overall efficiency of the observation group (93.67%, 74/79) rate was higher (78.48%, 62/79), there were significant differences between the two groups ( P <0.05);two groups'abnormal fetal heart rate showed no significant difference in Apgar score ( P >0.05).Conclusion Mild preeclampsia be calcium combined with low dose aspirin treatment definite improvement in clinical symptoms and coagulation effect is obvious, and to improve the in vivo serum calcium levels, lower blood pressure, but had no effect on the fetus, it is a relatively good treatment plan.关键词
