摘要

Abstract

Green vat 1 dye and black vat 9 dye were electrochemical y reduced with Fe2(SO4)3 and gluco⁃nate as a redox mediator and were applied in recycling dyeing. The effects of electrochemical y recycling dye⁃ing on chromatic property and colorfastness were discussed. The results showed that the fabric dyed with vat dyes via indirect electrochemistry were homogeneous. The fastness to washing, light, dry and wet rubbing of original electrochemical dyeing was 5 grade, 5 grade, 4~5 grade and 4 grade, respectively. After two dyeing cy⁃cles, the color depth of the dyed fabric was slightly decreased, while colorfastness and levelness remained good.
