摘要

Abstract

The catalytic function fibers (Cotton- FePc, Silk- FePc and PLA- FePc) were prepared by loading iron phthalocyanine onto cotton, silk and PLA fibers respectively. And its catalytic degradation of azo dyes was studied. The results demonstrated that the 3 kinds of reactive red M- 3BE (RRM- 3BE), acid orange Ⅱ (AO2) and acid yel ow G (AYG) were enriched by catalytic function fibers without oxidizing agent H2O2. When H2O2 ex⁃isted, the 3 kinds of dyes could be oxidative decolorized by catalytic function fibers. On neutral and alkaline conditions, AO2 and AYG could be oxidative degraded effectively by PLA- FePc, which broadened the pH scope of use of catalytic fiber, to make it more close to the actual printing and dyeing wastewater of alkaline condition. Stability studies showed that the catalytic function of the fiber could be recycled several times.
