Abstract
A crosslinking type finishing agent with moisture absorption and sweat discharging properties was synthesized with double- end carboxyl propylene glycol random polyether (CT- PPE), adipic acid (AA), hexa⁃methylenediamine (HDA) and 3- aminopropyltriethoxysilane as materials and applied in moisture absorption and sweat discharging of nylon fabrics. The structure and performance of the finishing agent were character⁃ized through FT- IR, 1HNMR, TG- DTA, SEM and XRD. The results showed that the wetting time, moisture re⁃gain and water evaporation rate of unwashed nylon fabric after finishing was 7.5 s, 5.6% and 41.2%, respec⁃tively. The dry and wet rubbing fastness of finished fabric was level 4~5 and 4, and those of nylon fabric washed for 10 times were respectively 10.5 s, 5.3% and 38.5%, when n(PCA)∶n(KH- 550)=1∶1, temperature 160 ℃ and time 60 min. The results indicated that the finishing agent could provide fabrics with durable mois⁃ture absorption and quick- drying properties, and better rubbing fastness.关键词
