Abstract
The feasibility and conditions of silk fabric dyeing with ligustrum lucidum ait dye were studied. The influences of extraction temperature, extraction time and solid to liquid ratio on extraction results, and ef⁃fects of dyeing pH, dyeing temperature, dyeing time and liquor ratio on dyeing results of silk fabric were dis⁃cussed by single factor and orthogonal experiments. Three different dyeing methods, pre- mordant, meta- mor⁃dant and post- mordant dyeing were compared. And the color fastness to washing and perspiration of silk fab⁃ric were tested. The optimum conditions for the extraction were: extracting at 85 ℃ for 90 min, 1∶70 of solid to liquid ratio. The optimum dyeing conditions were: pH=5, dyeing at 40 ℃ for 40 min, 1∶60 of liquid ratio. Fur⁃thermore, mordant dyeing could effectively improve the uptake, and the color fastness of dyed silk fabric with ligustrum lucidum ait dye met the demand of national excel ent grade goods.关键词
