摘要

Abstract

Firstly, polyester fabric was pre- treated by alkali deweighting, that was to say, the fabric was put into the closed sulfoxide chloride atmosphere, and was chlorinated with DMF as catalyst. Then the pre- treated fabric was put into sericin or silk fibroin aqueous for the grafting reaction so that sericin or fibroin could be finished onto the surface of polyester fabric. The infrared spectroscopy structure, thermal property, moisture absorption and desorption, hygroscopicity, water wetting time, hot water solubility and fast capil ary effects of pre- or post- finished fabric were tested. The results indicated that: sericin or fibroin was effectively finished onto the fabric surface, and the hydrophilicity and hygroscopicity of the fabric finished with sericin or fibroin were obviously improved, but the thermal property decreased to some extent.
