Effect factor analysis of deep drawing of laser tailor welded blanks conical part
摘要
Abstract
The prediction finite element model of the tailor welded blanks( TWBs) conical part forming process is established based on Dynaform software platform.The accuracy of the finite element prediction model is verified by forming experiment using unequal constant blank holder force.The characteristics and the main effects for the forming process of the TWBs conical part are analyzed respectively. The law of forming limit depth is obtained from results of different process parameters of TWBs conical part forming, and then the law of side wall wrinkling and the movement of the weld line are further obtained.The results of this research have an important guiding significance on make TWBs conical part drawing process plan and lot of corresponding parameters selection.关键词
