碳化钨对真空熔覆铁基复合涂层结构和性能的影响

Abstract
Tungsten carbide can significantly enhance performance of wear⁃resisting coating, improve the service life of wearing parts, has been widely used in the composite coating material.The influence of the morphology and content of tungsten carbide on the microstructure and performance of Iron⁃based composite coating was studied by experiments in this paper.In order to improve micro⁃hardness and wear resistance of coating, a method of mechanical alloying( MA) is adopted to prepare powder of coating whose rela⁃tive wear resistance increases 2~3 times than prepared by non mechanical alloying.Through the MA, the infiltrative of coating alloy self⁃melting alloy bonding phase and tungsten carbide hard phase was improved.The effect of tungsten carbide in various amounts on the performance of metal ceramic coating was studied. The change mechanism of microstructure of coating, wear resistance, micro⁃hardness and density were analyzed with the increase of tungsten carbide amount.The results show that the coating with 60% tung⁃sten carbide could obtain optimal performance.关键词
