“一带一路”战略下东盟技术性贸易措施对中国出口的影响及对策研究OACHSSCD
Impact Analysis and Countermeasure Research on ASEAN’s Technical Barries Under The Belt and Bond Initiative Strategy
随着一带一路战略的实施，中国出口东盟贸易额增长迅猛，遭遇的技术性贸易措施也日益复杂。本文简述出口东盟贸易情况和TBT/SPS通报情况，对2012-2014年东盟技术性贸易措施对中国出口的影响进行定量分析，并提出相应对策。结果显示，中国企业出口东盟遇到最主要的障碍是技术性贸易措施，不同行业损失额占出口贸易额比例有统计学差异（Χ2=22.840， p=0.001），化矿金属损失情况最严重；不同行业新增成本占出口贸易额比例没有统计学差异（Χ2=7.93，p=0.243）。
With the development of the Belt and Bond Initiative Strategy, the trade volume of China's exports to the ASEAN has been growing rapidly. However, the techinal barries that we face are becoming more and more complicated. This study describes the state of trade of China’s export to ASEAN, as well as the TBT/SPS.
