完全植入式静脉输液港健康教育的干预意义分析
Analysis of the intervention significance of the health education in totally implantable venous access ports

Abstract
Objective:To explore the role of Guidebook for totally implantable venous access ports (TIVAP) Patients in improving TIVAP patients’ understanding of precautions .Methods:A total of 120 TIVAP-implanted patients ,who were admitted to North Branch of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from March to September 2015 ,were divided into control group and experimental group ,with 60 patients in each group .The patients in the control group received routine oral health education and then were surveyed by the Patient Questionnaire on Precautions so as to investigate the extent of their understanding .The patients in the experimental group received both routine oral health education and written health education (Guidebook for TIVAP Patients) .And then they were surveyed by the Patient Questionnaire on Precautions .The correct rates of answers to the questionnaire were compared between two groups . Results: After intervention by routine oral health education and Guidebook for TIVAP Patients ,patients in the trial group acquired better understanding of precautions than those in the control group .The correct rate of the experimental group(97 .5% ) was higher than that of the control group (63% ) ,and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0 .000 1) .Conclusions:Guidebook for TIVAP Patients can improve TIVAP patients’ understanding of precautions ,which is effective in clinical application and worthy of popularization in clinical practice .关键词
